We are a licensed real estate brokerage serving Ashburn, VA & Northern Virginia.

• Bright MLS® — listing data is provided through the Bright MLS® IDX program and is subject to their respective terms and participant agreements.
• Hosting & technology vendors — trusted providers that host the Site, deliver email and SMS messages, power analytics, and process form submissions, each under contractual obligations to protect your data.
• Professional advisors — attorneys or accountants when necessary to complete a transaction at your direction.
• Your counterparty — information reasonably needed to negotiate and close a transaction with the other party and their representatives.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, and the safety of others.
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to confidentiality protections.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the real estate services we provide to you.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Active client records — retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for reference and support.
• Transaction records — retained for at least the period required by Virginia real estate licensing and recordkeeping rules.
• Marketing contacts — retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or your information is no longer relevant.
• Automated usage data — retained in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics for a limited period.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, or, where deletion is not practicable, we restrict its further use and protect it with appropriate safeguards.
